The Best of Week of Welcome

It's been a fun-filled first week of the semester with activities and free swag! The Campus Activities Board teamed up with other departments, campus and community organizations, and businesses to celebrate the annual Week of Welcome to help students get plugged in, feel welcome, and get excited about the new school year.

Run Boldly!

There's nothing like starting the school year with the right mindset! These students are Running Boldly from day one.

Giant Jenga

Giant game of Jenga on the quad. Do you really need to know more?

No Hands Volleyball

Coaches hung out on the quad to play backyard games with students. Who knew Ben Rickett, director of golf and the men's golf coach, had such smooth soccer-esque moves?

Day for Dalton

Free pizza and Dr. Pat Chute, provost and vice president for Academic Affairs, on a Harley? !

Tea Party Time!

Roberts Library hosted a tea party based on Alice in Wonderland's Unbirthday Tea Party to have some back-to-school fun and show off newly renovated areas. Now where did that Mad Hatter go?

Get Involved... Stay Involved

It's been proven that those who get involved do better in school. Representatives from different organizations and offices around campus met on the Bell Tower Quad to talk to students about ways to have fun, make friends, and use the resources offered.

I Scream + You Scream = We All Scream For Ice Cream

The folks here know Roadrunners love their ice cream - a nice, quick way to cool down between classes and fun on the quad.

Personalized Rally Towels

It's a tradition - every Week of Welcome, Campus Activities Board hosts events where Roadrunners can make personalized goods. Bring them out to the Roadrunners basketball games this season!
